Operator capital · Own balance sheet

The idea was never the hard part.

Eight verticals — most of them well outside the industries we run. What we bring is the part that transfers: the judgement of operators who have had to make payroll, defend a margin and ship to a deadline.

Who we are

The industry changes. What it takes to run a company does not.

Avcı Ventures is Fatih Avcı's own investment vehicle. He is a partner in two operating companies and runs the European business of one of them. We have met payroll, argued with suppliers, chased receivables and shipped product on a deadline. When we read your plan, we read it the way we read our own.

We invest our own balance sheet. There is no fund, no third-party capital, and no clock running toward someone else's exit — which is exactly why we are free to back sectors we have never operated in. Capital is the least interesting thing we bring.

02

What we operate

Two companies. Four business lines.

Viking Cleaning and Cosmetics Co.

Partner
01

FMCG

Fast-moving consumer goods — brands, categories, and the retail relationships that carry them onto a shelf.

02

International Consumer Goods Trade

Sourcing and cross-border trade, with the logistics and trade finance that make the margin real.

Vikipack Plastics and Chemicals Co.

Partner
03

Plastic Production

Manufacturing plastics at industrial scale — tooling, tolerances, throughput, and the cost discipline that decides whether a line is worth running.

04

Chemical Raw Material Production

The input layer beneath a long list of other manufacturers — where formulation, compliance and supply security are the whole business.

03

Where we look

The eight areas we are spending time in.

A few of these sit next to what we already manufacture. Most do not — we are in them because we believe that is where the next decade gets decided.

04

What you get

Four things a wire transfer cannot do.

Decisions are made by one person, in days rather than quarters — no committee, no associate, no consensus to survive. What we offer is specific, and mostly unglamorous.

01

Industrial access

Introductions into real FMCG and chemical supply chains — to the people who actually sign purchase orders.

02

An honest buyer's read

We sit on the buying side of FMCG and industrial procurement every week. We can tell you quickly whether your buyer will sign — and exactly where they will hesitate.

03

Operator's diligence

We have run P&Ls. Expect questions about unit economics, working capital and churn before questions about vision.

04

A fast no

If it is not for us you will hear so quickly, with the reason attached. Your time is the scarcest thing you own.

05

Team

The person who reads your email is the person who decides.

Tell us what you are building.

Short beats polished. We would rather see the hard problem than the deck.

Everything you send is read by Fatih Avcı and no one else. We do not share submissions outside Avcı Ventures, and we will not use what you tell us inside our own operations. You will get an answer — yes or no, with a reason — within ten working days. How we handle your data.
